Fiberplast needs some work I think, it is overly hard to get, unlike most other resources, it spawns lower then mobs, and drops less then nodes.
I think an easy solution would be to instance searching per character if the node is not used up, so lets say player A searches, and doesn’t use up the node, then well person A can not search it until the timer is up, person B can.
While this is an issue for now, in the future we hope to implement farming that would supplement the random resource nodes.
I think finding it in the wild should always be viable frankly, just doing it with a base should be faster and more reliable/efficient.
You can find it in the wild, plants don’t grow instantly you know!
You can, but 90% of the time it’s going to be empty because someone else got to it first. Perhaps this issue could be allieviated if there were some more starter areas? As it stands now, there is only really the one area for new characters, and then the first wildlands area as the next squential progression in terms of difficulty.
