External Examination:

The body arrived covered only by a white sheet. Mon Cala Morgue identification bands are on the bilateral great toes and right wrist.

The body is that of a normally developed, well nourished adult female Twilek. The body weighs 125 pounds and is 66 inches in length, and appears compatible with the reported age of 24 years.

The eyes are closed, the irises are blue in hue and the corneas are clear. Examination of the body reveals severe third degree burns and shrapnel, the left chest has a hole about 1x3 through and out the back, the wound cauterized externally. A second hole on the right of the torso of the same measurement also going through and out the back and cartelized.

Left arm, right leg and right side each has a burn hole going in to the body, though not protruding through to the other side.

Tattoos,Scars and Identifying Marks:

Surgical scar documented photographically on the left shoulder.

Evidence of injury:

  1. A 1x3 circular hole entering the front left chest and exiting out the upper left back.

  2. A 1x3 circular hole entering the right of the torso and exiting out the lower left back.

  3. 1x3 circular burn hole entering left arm.

  4. 1x3 circular burn hole entering right leg.

  5. 1x3 circular burn hole entering right side.

  6. Body is covered with varying levels of burns, majority being third degree.

Internal examination:

Upon examining the patient, the patient was found to be bleeding internally from both wounds #1 and #2 as listed above. We found blood in the lungs and a hole in her lower intestines. Internal damage from the entry wounds caused extensive damage to the nervous system and vital organs.

Opinion:

The 24 year old female Iradtoki (Rai), died of internal bleeding and severe organ damage. According to investigation, the deceased entered into combat with a man baring a Lightsaber, during this time he proceeded to stab her once through the chest, and once through the stomach causing the wounds that led to her death.

Per investigation the “bombs” in question did not lead to her death, though the burns may have slowed any medical treatments, though it is my express opinion that given the nature of her injuries and without surgery within five minutes, the deceased would not have survived the wounds inflicted.

At autopsy the body was not frozen.

Cause of Death: Organ trauma leading to failure and internal bleeding.

Manner of death: Murder.

Notes: Next of kin by the name of Carmine has been contacted and may retrieve the body. A copy of the report has been granted to Callista for case files.
