Unidentified male echani brought into the hospital with a large skull fracture with a metal shard stuck into his head. Patient required immediate surgery and three more as soon as he was stable enough to begin surgical repair of the skull. Republic forces soon learned of a destroyed ship a ways out from our planet and suspect his pod came from there. Patient has not yet regained consciousness. Survival rate is still very low. Odds are not in his favor at this time. Should the patient wake I expect we will see signs of brain damage from the metal that was removed from his skull. Possible blindness, inability to walk or even speak may be a serious factor in his survival. Patient currently comatose.

Head appears to have healed well though repeat effect seems to be some minor swelling of the brain likely from the lasting effects of the metal shard. Patient complains of migraines. Patient was able to identify himself as Caelian Lsu from Eshan, but seems to lack any memories or knowledge beyond that. Patient is diagnosed with Post-traumatic amnesia presenting as Dissociative amnesia. He unfortunately is unable to provide us a next of kin or anyone to contact. Patient is being submitted for further testing to examine the brain damaged caused by the shard.

Patient has been making steady progress. Up and moving around. Eyesight seems normal. Vocabulary is on track. Standing concern remains as to his amnesia that continues to be a problem. Patient has now been in the hospital for eight weeks and there has been no contacts trying to reach him or find him. Discharge plan has been discussed with Republic officers and for the moment with the war he is to be relocated to CZ200 and its local planet Viscara. Several Echani are known to frequent the planet and is assumed his arrival will be met with care for him as Echani seem to have a strong connection to one another. It is my medical opinion that Caelian is fit to be discharged and as of this afternoon will be discharged to prepare to head for CZ220.
