Though originally born on Mandalore, at a young age Rone and his family were forced from the planet in the Mandalorian Wars. Through events that Rone has never spoken of to anyone- his father Wade had disgraced his family’s name and was exiled from their clan after the mysterious death of his wife, Alaura.

In his early childhood, Rone’s father bounced them from planet to planet in the Outer Rim while working as a smuggler and bounty hunter for hire. Despite his excommunication, Wade upheld his creed and taught his son the ways of the Mandalore in hopes that his son would one day regain the honor he had lost their family. Just as Rone had matured and come of age, Wade met an untimely end on Nar Shaddah when he was double-crossed by his crew after a heist had gone sour. Despite killing his assailants, Rone’s father suffered fatal injuries and Rone was left only with his father’s armor and blaster pistol.

Using his father’s reputation as a competent gunman, Rone managed to secure work with a crew of smugglers hired to smuggle kyber crystals from Viscara. Upon securing the illegal shipment of kyber crystals, The crew abandoned Rone on Viscara and were shot down by pirates as they attempted to exit the starsystem.

This event would mean good fortune for Rone, as he came to meet Kassie Krail- leader of the Mandalorian clan of House Vista. After learning of Rone’s past and his desire to become a true Mandalorian, Kassie accepted Rone into clan Krail and under her guidance he rose in the local guild ranks as a skilled hunter and marksman. Working guild and material supply contracts for HH&M frontier, Rone was able to purchase a small freighter named the Marigold Gypsy and began work as a smuggler.

During an encounter with a Sith named Styjin, Rone suffered the trauma of seeing his clan leader’s husband, Ambrose; become overwhelmed by a strange Sith corruption and suffering near fatal wounds that were miraculously healed by members of the Jedi Order. Vowing revenge on Styjin, Rone recklessly pursued the Sith and was nearly killed. Gulliver Theodora, a Czerka deputy; managed to save Rone and the two became friends and business partners.

With Kassie’s sudden departure to her homeworld and Ambrose’s recent bounty, Rone’s clan has been in disarray. Pledged support from members of House Vista has kept him bolstered but he has been affected by his encounter with Styjin. Having experienced an awakening to the force while down in the kyber crystal caves, Rone has been wrestling with his demons and been torn between the light and dark side of the force. On occasion he has had uncontrollable outbursts manifested in force powers- electrical fields and precognitive visions of future events, heightened senses. Unable to quiet the overwhelming awareness of the force, he has struggled to resist the temptation of the dark side and is consumed with his desire for revenge. Will he continue to fight his internal battles and find peace or become consumed by the darkside?
