If you opt to share an Apartment, despite the furnishings only the owner will recieve bonus XP for crafting inside of it.
This could be changed to at least Half XP for anyone sharing the apartment. (Unknown if bases will change it)

I’m open to this being an option for buildings, but I have no desire to do it for apartments. I feel it’ll disincentivize players to try to upgrade to the base buildings.
I could see a small building allow two primaries, medium three, large four. Might have to tweak stuff around but that seems doable.
