Spent some time today by the fire, where I could work on an emotionless response and reaction to people. Finding Tran there and some unknown woman who is neither Jedi nor Sith yet has a lightsaber and several foils. Corbin claims that Knight Selkin is already aware of her and does not need a formal report.
While there I did greet them appropriately while keeping a monotone and emotionless state, they seemed to start believing I was some droid in a flesh suit. Things were fine till they wanted to remove the hood, then started talking of electrocuting me and throwing an ion grenade, though Corbin stepped in
All has been peaceful so far, though I admit it was a bit harder to do while under the threat of harm from them to test if I was a droid, though I kept cool and simply took retreating steps on approach to keep some distance.

I have requested and received two data disks, one being Makashii, the other being Jar’kai, both are introductory up to intermediary which will then need to be reviewed before I proceed with anything advanced which will require another application for the advanced forms.
I have been practicing as ordered and have not been out of my uniform anywhere public, including keeping my name hidden from others as ordered. Surprisingly I don’t mind this what so ever. I don’t mind being unnamed, and so far have had good success keeping my emotions in check, even with Tran. There have been a few close calls, yet in the end I have successfully kept control.

I am sorry to report I had a failure today in keeping my emotions in control while checking out this “Fall Festival”. Several times I became alarmed and scared, almost falling into Griggs and I know I shrieked once. I am not sure I understand why terrifying someone is part of the “Fall Festival”, though I attended for the cultural experience.
I fear I do not understand this, we celebrated the fall on Dantooine, but never like this. What am I missing?
