[Suggestion] Hide and Evasiveness changes

About hide: the time is too short for use. -10% enmity to -90% sounds good for effect, but not duration.

In the first rank of Hide, looks in part, useless because the effect only endure less of one second, too short to make difference, with a long cooldown (300s?) withou giving anything solid back.

Better if make some changes. First, cooldown of 60 or 120 sec looks better. Duration about each rank… need to be revised. Too short to be useful (only one sec?) become useless to use to escape or ambush others in battle.

As suggestion about duration of the effect and cooldwon:
Lvl 1: 20s Effect cooldown 240s
Lvl 2: 25s Effect cooldown 220s
Lvl 3: 30s Effect cooldown 200s
Lvl 4: 35s Effect cooldown 180s
Lvl 5: 40s Effect cooldown 170s
Lvl 6: 45s Effect cooldown 160s
Lvl 7: 50s Effect cooldown 140s
Lvl 8: 55s Effect cooldown 130s
Lvl 9: 60s Effect cooldown 120s

Note: The cooldown time only start after ending the effect of the hide
