[Suggestion] Re-mathing Health

Based on a quick discussion in the forum.

base HP: 25 + 1 for every 2 SP earned.
Con bonus: +5 per modifier

This means a 500 SP character has a base health of 275.

This is increased further by Con, anywhere from +5 to +225.

Con heavy characters still have a significant bonus in health, but Characters (such as Jedi specifically) aren’t sponges.

It really depends on how damage/hp boosts turn out on later items.
As things stand now I think this is a good change and will be healthy for when cvc starts becoming more prevalent.
