[Suggestion] Remove cap on crafting skill +

With the change of having each additional successful modifier lowering the chance of another.

Can the cap of 30 crafting skill be removed, as it still only gives 25% chance for your total, and a 7.25% chance with max 30 crafting gets eaten quite quickly, to the point of it not feeling like +30 gear makes a difference in crafting at all now.

or remove the 25% and give it a total of 120% chance for properties, this would mean a higher standard of gear for crafters with high-end crafting tools, thus producing better gear overall for the server.

As it stands, removing the cap and keeping the 25% chance, would mean the above is possible, for a total transfer of 115% for modifications, Which I would assume garuntee’s transfer until dropping below 100% where it starts having the loss-chance again. If you had 100 craft+ on your gear.
