Shields are cool and all, but some of us (especially the ones with a metal left arm which would work extremely well with block animations) don’t want to run around with a slab of energy on their left wrist. Especially if it’s just for the AC bonuses or other effects (such as helmets). We can toggle helmet displays, so why not shield displays?
