I feel as though this is completely fanon, no mention of any ranks other than four in any sources I can find.
Those being the standard Mandalorian, Rally Master, Field Marshal, and Mand’alor himself. The individuals themselves vary their power by how much personal charisma, and glory they have. Control and a full ranking system isn’t very, Mandalorian.

You’d be spot on there. Ranks aren’t mando and, in fact, ranks are only formed as necessary for organization which isn’t too often. You’ll see Ace Woves’ group not have any ranks, then you’ll see Kyr’tsad (DW) have some. Typically as it’s said, a leader is the most experienced at the time if they aren’t one previously decided for a longer time, and Mandalorians are generally good enough to organize on the spot to get things done.

This list above, like any you’ll see that stretches the core ranks, is just another working of a full length foreign ranking system. Think about a Republic officer making a system for Mandalorians, you’d have this.
